Initial Evaluation

An initial evaluation determines a child's strengths and challenges to guide goal writing. An occupational therapist uses standardized assessments, observation, and parent's input during this process. Included is a parent phone call to discuss results, goals, and recommendations.

Group Occupational Therapy

Group occupational therapy sessions are conducted outside with peers carefully selected to compliment your child's social, emotional, and motor skill development. Sessions are 90 minutes long, which includes 55 minutes of structured occupational therapy, 15 minutes for snack, and 20 minutes of unstructured learning and play with guidance from your OT professionals. Goals are tracked on a quarterly basis. Sessions are sold in packs of 5 or 10.

Enrichment Program- Summer 2024

Our enrichment program is a pilot program to introduce children to group nature-based play with structure and guidance from occupational therapy professionals. No initial evaluation is required for this program and no goals will be tracked. This program will begin the first week of June and occur every Friday morning from 9 am to 10:30 am for 4 weeks.

Our Approach

TreeTots Occupational Therapy was founded on the belief that nature can be a powerful tool in promoting independence and regulation. Our team of experienced and dedicated professionals work with children ages 4-12 in small groups to provide personalized therapy sessions that help improve your child's confidence, coordination, emotional regulation skills, social participation skills, and sensory processing so they can learn and feel more connected to the people and world around them.

We understand our world is evolving around us and while we love technology, it can deprive our children of experiences in nature that help build their motor skills, resilience, and creativity.
